Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un unico corpo di fabbrica che si sviluppa su due livelli.
Il primo livello include tutte le stanze ed i servizi per la degenza. Al secondo livello invece si prevedono tutte le funzioni dedicate al personale.
Il volume del secondo livello è dimezzato rispetto al primo e ha una copertura inclinata. Sempre al secondo livello sullo spazio di copertura libero del primo volume, il progetto prevede l’inserimento di un portico ed un tetto giardino.

Il lotto su cui insiste il fabbricato presenta un dislivello di circa 150 cm tra il limite nord ed il limite sud dell’edificio così posizionato. Nel progetto il dislivello in questione si risolve interamente nella porzione iniziale dove è già presente una rampa d’accesso che verrà rimodulata e viene sfruttato per realizzare un corpo scala esterno (che connette il primo piano ed il tetto giardino) più breve. L’interno dell’edificio si trova pertanto interamente alla stessa quota di calpestio.

The project involves the construction of a single building on two levels.
The first level includes all the patient rooms and services. On the second levelall staff functions are planned.
The volume of the second level is halved compared to the first and has a sloping roof. Also on the second level on the free roofing space of the first volume, the project envisages the insertion of a portico and a roof garden.

The lot on which the building stands has a difference in height of approximately 150 cm between the northern and southern limits of the building thus positioned. In the project the difference in height in question is entirely resolved in the initial portion where there is already an access ramp that will be remodelled and is exploited to create a shorter external staircase (connecting the first floor and the roof garden). The interior of the building is therefore entirely at the same walking level.
